“Journal of Human Rights,Gender Studies & Social Justice” is a peer-reviewed journal operating under a full Gold Open Access model. Readers and institutions are granted free access to all content without any article processing charges (APCs).
Accessibility and distribution: all publications are permanently available for free reading, downloading, and copying.
Licensing and usage (CC BY): third parties are free to reuse, edit, and even monetise the materials (including for commercial purposes). The primary condition is mandatory attribution: providing a link to the original work via its DOI, citing the licence, and indicating if any changes were made.
Authors’ rights: authors retain copyright and the right to the scholarly use of their work, granting the journal the right of first publication and distribution.
